Remuneration & distribution agreements

1. Our status as independent intermediary

Groupe Bianco operates as an insurance broker (COA), broker in banking operations and payment services (COBSP) and financial investment adviser (CIF), registered with ORIAS under number 08 045 834. As an independent intermediary, we are not exclusively tied to any insurer or financial institution.

2. Remuneration — Insurance

Groupe Bianco is remunerated by insurance companies in the form of commissions included in your premium, with no additional cost compared to direct subscription.

3. Remuneration — Credit

Brokerage fees charged directly to the client — amount specified in the financing search mandate signed before any commitment
Commissions from partner banking institutions upon establishment of the credit

4. Remuneration — Wealth Management

Advisory fees charged to the client — amount and terms specified in the engagement letter signed prior to any service
Commissions paid by fund management companies or insurers on products subscribed

5. Conflicts of interest management

Groupe Bianco has implemented a conflicts of interest management policy compliant with IDD regulations. We act at all times in the best interests of our clients, regardless of commission levels. Any potential conflict of interest is disclosed to you prior to any recommendation. Our full policy is available on request.

6. Distribution agreements
